The Milton Line1 Classic Collection includes the four finishes we keep in regular production for faster delivery and everyday availability. While these machines represent our core lineup, every model is built on the same premium Line1 platform engineered to deliver exceptional capsule coffee without compromising on design, materials, or performance.
Each Line1 machine is compatible with Nespresso OriginalLine capsules and most third-party specialty pods, including compostable capsules from premium coffee roasters around the world. The Line1 is not compatible with Vertuo capsules, which remain protected by proprietary Nespresso patents. Instead, Milton intentionally focused on the widely adopted OriginalLine ecosystem to give customers access to a far broader range of specialty coffee options.
Inside, the platform features Milton’s proprietary Brewing Chamber Gasket (BCG) system for improved sealing and extraction consistency across a wider range of pod brands, helping deliver richer flavor and better crema from every brew.
The Line1 also features a stainless steel coffee flow path that keeps coffee away from plastic after it enters the capsule, along with a controlled pre-infusion phase designed to improve extraction quality and consistency. Additional features include an integrated cup warming tray, automatic rinse cycle, dedicated hot water spout for americanos and tea, adjustable lighting controls, and a quiet brewing experience designed to feel at home in high-end kitchens, offices, and hospitality spaces.
